摘要:
本论文对肯尼迪总统的政策对美国黑人民权运动的作用进行了较为客观的评价,尤其是先前探讨所忽略的作用的局限性。本论文主要探讨了肯尼迪执政时期的政策以及政策对19世纪60年代至今的美国黑人民权运动的作用。通过文献综述法,经过认真地对国内外此项探讨的比较与总结,笔者发现该项探讨对肯尼迪政策的作用较为片面,肯尼迪的政策对美国黑人民权运动的积极作用被过分夸大,而局限性被忽视。经过略论数据,与导师和同学的讨论,英语论文题目,笔者提出了较为客观的对于肯尼迪政策对美国黑人民权运动作用的评价。肯尼迪的政策最终是为政治服务的,美国的种族歧视至今仍存在,需要真正消除种族歧视。

Abstract:
This thesis has relatively objective comments on the influence of J. F. Kennedy's policy on the African-American Civil Rights Movement, particularly the limitations that the former studies have ignored. This thesis mainly studies about the policy in Kennedy’s presidency and the influence on the African-American Civil Rights Movement from the 1960s to now. By using the method of documentation mainly, the author has seriously compared the conclusion and made a summary. Then the author find out that the former studies about are comparatively unilateral – the positive influence are excessively exaggerated while the limitations are ignored. Through documents analysis and discussion with the supervisor and students in the school, the author proposes relatively objective comments on the influence of J. F. Kennedy's policy on the African-American Civil Rights Movement. Kennedy's policy is serving for policies. The discriminations are still in America. The limitations are still there that need to be surpassed.

1. Introduction
1.1 A brief introduction of J. F. Kennedy
John Fitzgerald Kennedy (May 29, 1917 – November 22, 1963) was a politician who served as American 35th president until assassinated in Dallas, Texas.
In his presidency, the big events included Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Space Race—by initiating Project Apollo (which would culminate in the moon landing), the building of the Berlin Wall, the African-American Civil Rights Movement, and increased U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War.
