Abstract

In current society, under the promotion of accelerating economic globalization development and ever increasingly frequent economic cooperation, efficient communication methods have been pursued by more and more enterprises, of which the most convenient and speedy one is English business correspondence. Nonetheless, writing techniques of business correspondences have defined that it is quite difficult to write a successful and standard business letter. How to write English business correspondence successfully has been studied by many scholars at home and abroad.
This thesis attempts to probe into the writing techniques of English business correspondence by referring to previous research results. It is comprised of three parts. The first part is devoted to how business letter is defined, how it works and what principles to be followed when writing it. The second part analyzes the characteristics of business letter. When writing business correspondence, we should use the special terms, the familiar words, the explicit and exact words, as well as the modifiers. The third part explores the strategies used in writing business letter from the choice of diction, and sentence to textual structure. Through the study in the thesis, it is hoped to improve relevant personnel’s professional literacy and enhance the efficiency of business intercourse.

摘  要

    当今社会,英语毕业论文,在快速发展的经济全球化和日益频繁的经济合作的促进下,有效的交流方式受到了越来越多的公司的追崇,其中最为方便快捷的一种即是商务英语信函。然而,英语论文范文,商务书信的写作技巧决定了书写一封成功标准的商务书信绝非易事,许多国内外学者就如何成功写好商务信函做了大量探讨。
论文尝试在参阅以前探讨成果的基础上对英语商务信函写作技巧进行探索。本文由三个部分组成。第一部分谈论了商务书信的定义、功能以及写作准则。第二部分略论了商务书信的特点,在写作商务书信时,应采用一些专业的词汇、熟悉的词语、具体而精确的单词以及修饰词。第三部分探索了在商务书信写作中的三个策略,包括词、句的选择以及语篇结构。笔者希望通过本文的探讨,可以提高相关人员的专业素养,提升商务交往的效率。
