Abstract:
With the development of Chinese economy and society, the female employment rate has been improved constantly. However, on female career development, especially on the path of promotion, there still exists serious gender discrimination. The reasons include : traditional stereotyped image of female role , physical and psychological pressure from work and family, the difficulty in balancing the benefits between work and family and so on. We should take full advantage of the merits or strengths of women. With the support from different parties and with their own efforts, we should promote the career development of women and realize their values.
On the basis of analysis on obstacles in female career development, this paper discusses strategies for women’s career success with the purpose of providing some lessons and inspirations for modern female career development and promoting bio-sexual harmony and social harmony.

摘 要:
随着中国经济社会的发展，女性就业率不断提高。但在职业发展上，尤其是在晋升道路上，依然存在较严重的性别歧视。究其原因，英语论文题目，主要包括：传统社会观念导致的性别角色刻板印象、工作与家庭冲突给女性生理和心理带来的压力、家庭和组织出于经济利益的考虑等。我们应充分发挥女性的优势，在外界的支持和女性自身的努力下，促进女性职业发展，英语毕业论文，全面实现女性的价值。本文在略论现代女性职业发展障碍的基础上，研讨了促进女性职业发展获得成功的对策。通过此课题，希望能对当今女性的职业发展提供一些借鉴和启发，以此促进双性和谐、社会和谐。

1 Introduction
Nowadays, female workforce has become more and more important for the development of the society. But facing the fierce competition of the modern society, females in the workplace still encounter many problems and difficulties that affect the further development of their business. J.K.Rowling,who is a writer of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,considers female obstacles as “the chance to help me to recollect confidence and develop strong qualities.” Another definition is from writer Joseph Campbell who defined success as “Heroes are those who can understand and accept their own destiny and thus overcome the challenges”. (Joseph Campbell, 2017:25) This article, mainly from the women themselves and society perspective, discusses factors that impede female occupation development and puts forward effective measures to help women develop their career better. With the external support and their own efforts, women can enjoy the recognition and affirmation in their career development, make outstanding contributions to the society and finally achieve female occupation value and life value. It is beneficial to construct social harmony and improve people’s life.
