Abstract
Rock music is one of the most loved music types. Many people favor its distinctive rhythm as well as the fiery musical forms, and it is still going far today. The emergence and dissemination of rock music reflected the social changes, which closely connected with the social and cultural background. This study aims to explore the influence of the 1960s rock music on American traditional values. America in the 1960s was a period of great upheaval. The restless state of America as well as various social and political problems can be seen as the important reasons of the development of rock music. With the development and prosperity of rock music, American traditional values have changed. The study is based on the research of rock music to reflect the changes of American values.
Based on the analysis of American rock music in the 1960s, the author explores the social and cultural changes in America. A lot of social and political problems such as racial discrimination and civil rights issue occurred during this period in America. The cultural conflicts between traditional and modern culture made it an important juncture for the development of rock music. From another perspective, the development of rock music also influenced American culture and values. The author aims to analyze the characteristics and cultural connotation of rock music to make a deeper understanding of American traditional values. The racial ideas, the pursuit of the youth and value reconstruction will be presented in this thesis.

摇滚乐是最受喜爱的音乐类型之一，许多人青睐于它鲜明的节奏感以及激烈的演奏形式，因此摇滚乐至今仍然流行于世。摇滚乐的出现及传播与当时的社会文化背景息息相关，反映出社会的变革。本探讨将研讨摇滚乐对美国传统价值观的作用。20世纪60年代是美国历史上最为动荡的年代，英语毕业论文，社会的动荡不安以及各种社会政治问题的出现可以被视为摇滚乐发展与兴盛的重要因素。随着摇滚乐的发展，英语论文题目，美国的传统价值观发生了变化。本探讨将以摇滚乐文化为突破口，剖析美国价值观的改变。
作者将通过对20世纪60年代美国摇滚乐的略论来研讨美国社会变迁及文化变革。此期间美国出现了种族歧视，民权等许多社会政治问题。传统文化与现代文化的冲突使之成为摇滚乐发展的重要关头，从另一个角度来说，摇滚乐的发展也对美国文化及价值观产生了重要作用。本文旨在略论摇滚音乐的特点以及文化内涵，加深对美国传统价值观的理解。种族观念，年轻一代的追求及价值观重建将在文中一一呈现。
