Abstract

    With the booming development of economic globalization, there has been a big boost in the number of multinational corporations appearing all over the world.
    Many people from different countries with various cultural backgrounds work together, thus inevitably causing some conflicts. Then how to solve these conflicts has been the major difficulty and challenge for the multinational corporations.
    This thesis will conduct a research on the cultural differences involved in MNCs’ overseas operations based on some related theories, combined with the method of  case study with the hope to help those multinational enterprises learn how to master the skills of the cross-cultural business intercourses well and how to avoid the cultural conflicts effectively.

摘  要

随着经济全球化的不断发展,英语论文跨国公司在全球各地的数量也随之不断增加。
不同国家的人们带着不一样的文化背景在同一个环境下工作,从而不可避免地会导致一些冲突。所以如何解决这些冲突已经成为跨国企业主要的困难与挑战了。
本文将在一些相关理论的基础上对跨国公司的海外业务进行探讨,同时结合案例略论的措施,希望可以帮助那些跨国公司学习如何掌握跨文化商务交往的技巧,英语论文题目,以及如何有效地避免文化冲突

1 Introduction  
    With the advancement of global integration, multinational companies play more and more important roles in the global economy. They are corporations which are registered and have operations in more than one country other than its home country. And in the multinational corporations, many people from different countries with different cultural backgrounds work together, thus inevitably causing some conflicts, which may affect the survival and development of multinational companies.
