摘 要
外贸英语函电是互通商业信息、关系商业事务及促进联系的重要桥梁。贸易双方远隔重洋,函电起着代言的影响。质量上乘的函电能够帮助商家达到有效的交流目的,促进贸易双方的相互理解和长期合作。因此,英语论文,如何正确,有效地草拟外贸函电是至关重要的。外贸英语函电是一门英语语言与国际贸易实务紧密结合的课程。它不仅注重英语语言学习,也注重英语语言技能和语言应用的训练。本文探讨英语中被动语态的使用,外贸英语函电中的句法特征以及被动语态在外贸英语函电中的使用。通过查阅大量的文献资料,英语毕业论文,进行深入地归纳略论,进而得出外贸英语函电中用好被动语态的措施。

Abstract
With the acceleration of world economy integration and rapid development of the international trade, English for business correspondence as a national important support for trade transactions is becoming increasingly important. It includes establishing business trade, inquiry, offer, counter-offer, order, contract, packing, shipment, insurance, payment, claim and so on. So it is vital to pay attention on the language use of business communication skills in the economic trade exchanges between countries. English correspondence for international trade is the important bridge of interaction of business information, dealing with the business affairs and promoting the relations between parties involved. As the trade between two sides is across the sea, English correspondence plays a major role in the business. A qualified English correspondence can help achieve effective communication and promote mutual understanding and long-term cooperation. English correspondence for international trade is a course of the close integration of English language and international trade. It not only requires good English, but also needs the training of English language skills and language use. Language is the most common and useful tool for expressing politeness, which helps build human relationship. Passive voice constructs formality in communication and makes utterances sound neutral, object and factual. Besides, passive voice can be a useful device to weaken speakers’ responsibility for concealing some information. This paper mainly focuses on the introduction to English passive voice, the sentence structures of English correspondence for international trade and the use of passive in English correspondence for international trade.
