Abstract: The junior middle school English reading teaching becomes a main role in English teaching.Thus,fostering students'reading abilities is one of teaching purposes.The paper mainly con cerns some English reading skills for junior students and discusses how to foster good English reading habits and skills.As well as to help students develop their reading speeds.
