Chapter 1 Introduction


高中(2017年)国家英语课程的教师提出了新的要求,必须更新自己的教学理念,并探究相应的教学模式和措施。高中入学率的急剧增加,很认真的问题出现,学生往往是不同层次的。国家英语课程要求,如何教育学生,使他们更好地开发,以及如何提高课堂效率是最重要的问题,英语毕业论文,为教师解决。在这种情况下,笔者进行了一场教学实验学校----拉平教学,旨在探究出一条更好的教学模式,面对这个两难的高中。The National English Curriculum for Senior High School (2017) poses new demands toteachers, who must update their teaching philosophies and explore corresponding teachingmodels and methodology. With the dramatic increase of enrollment in senior high school, aserious problem emerges that students tend to be of different levels. As the national Englishcurriculum requires, how to educate students to make them better developed, and how toenhance class efficiency are the most important problems for teachers to solve. Under thiscircumstance, the author carries out a teaching experiment in school----leveled teaching,aiming to explore a better teaching model for high schools which face this dilemma.


1.1Research background
2017年以来,新课程标准已生效河北省。这是一个大的教育改革,对教师提出了极大的挑战。从以前的以教师为中心或文本为中心的教学理念,新课程标准的核心准则不同的是,英语毕业论文,教育必须立足于学生的发展。整个“项目发展每一个学生是教育的出发点和归宿。教学应以学生为中心在课程设计方面,教学过程和评价等,还强调,教师应查看学生在另一个方面:学生是具有巨大潜力的人类,一起感受与经验。此外,学生们还在开发中,这意味着教师应该珍惜每一个学生的感觉,学习的热情和认知能力的发展,在教学过程中,以确保他们的未来探讨。应给予重视,充分开发学生的创造潜能。因此,教师的教学观念必须更新,因此,教学措施,模型等,必须进行调整。高级,高中,已经进行了多次实验,探究出一条更好的教学模式。Since 2017, the New Curriculum Standard has taken effect in Hebei Province. It is a bigEducation reform that presents a great challenge to teachers. Different from previousteacher-centered or text-centered teaching concept, the core principle of the New CurriculumStandard is that education must be based on students’ development. The whole developmentof each student is the starting point and destination of education. Teaching should bestudent-centered in respect of curriculum design, teaching process and evaluation, etc. It alsostresses that teachers should view students in another aspect: students are humans with greatpotentials, with feelings, with experiences. Besides, students are still in development, whichmeans teachers should cherish each student’s feeling, study enthusiasm and cognitivedevelopment in teaching process to ensure their future study. Students’ creative potentialsshould be given attention to fully develop. Therefore, teachers’ teaching concepts must beupdated and accordingly, teaching methodology, model, etc must be adjusted. In senior HighSchools, many experiments have been conducted to explore a better teaching model.
In recent years, with the dramatic increase of enrollment in senior High Schools, it isgetting obvious that students tend to be of significantly different levels, especially for thesecond-class high schools, like No.15 High School. Students’ English score of entranceexamination range from 116 to 21. In English language acquisition, students’ languagecompetence, personalities and previous experience vary greatly. With the traditional teaching,the variation in students can be neglected so that some students’ need may not be satisfied.With the stereotyped schedule, students of different levels can not be balanced well. It isoften the case that good students consider English class too easy and bored, while poor students can not be involved in teaching activities. Some students even turn out to lose theinterest in English gradually as they are frustrated too much in class. For them, study inclass becomes a painful experience and severely lowers their self-esteem, study enthusiasmand initiatives. Some students may even do
