摘要：
新词的不断涌现以及旧词的逐渐消亡,是语言词汇发展的规律。随着中国经济全球化的发展，时政新词，特别是有关国家时事政经，英语毕业论文，文化思想以及社会发展的新词已经大量出现在我们的生活中。时政新词的英译关于不同国家，不同民族之间的文化交流具有非常重要的意义。怎样译好它们已经成为国家所关心的一项新的政治问题。直言，一些学者在此领域做出的探讨关于引导翻译时政新词有很大的用处，但是他们所提出的翻译不是很充分。时政新词的英译依旧不是很系统化。在这样的情形下，作者收集了时政新词英译的数据，探究了时政新词英译的翻译准则和翻译策略。根据奈达的“动态对等”，“功能对等”理论以及严复的“信、达、雅”的翻译准则，学者们结合中国独特的文化特征，关于时政新词的英译给予了很恰当的翻译，使得更多的人对中国文化有了更深入的了解，关于中国的发展也作出了伟大贡献。具体地说，完美的时政新词英译关于提高中国的政治，经济，文化思想以及社会地位都做出了重大贡献。

Abstract:
The gradual emerging of neologisms as well as the gradual disappearance of old words is the rule of the development rule of language vocabulary. Along with the process of economic globalization, political neologisms, in particular, attesting to China’s political, economic ideological, cultural and social development, have been emerging in our life. Translating political neologisms plays a significant role in improving the interaction among peoples from different nations and how to translate has become a new issue of concern. Some researches done by scholars in the field are very useful in guiding translating political neologisms, but they are inadequate. Translating political neologisms is still in an unsystematic situation. Therefore, the thesis studies lots of datum on translating political neologisms and explores the principles of translating them further as well as the right translation strategies. According to Nida’s theory of “dynamic equivalence”, “functional equivalence” as well as Yan Fu’s “faithfulness, readability and refinement”, scholars, connecting with Chinese unique cultural characteristics, give a quite right translation of Chinese political neologisms, which makes more people from other countries have a further understanding of Chinese culture, and that is the great achievement to improve China’s development. In details, perfect English translation of Chinese political neologisms has made a great contribution to Chinese politics, economy, ideology, culture and social status.
