Meanwhile, China opened a lot of western restaurants, foreign countries also had more and more Chinese restaurants. The nationality blend brings cultural collision .As is known to all, cooking culture is an important part of the diet culture, and the diet culture is an important part of national culture. Nations national culture is different; diet culture also is naturally different. In this time of the society, how to accurate different cooking process translation became a thorny problem. This article is to discuss the translation between Chinese and western cooking process.

1. Introduction:
In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, more and more people in the world are showing interest in Chinese culture. And Chinese food has attracted an innumerable foreign friends or visitors. Then questions arise as: How should we help these people to get to know and appreciate Chinese food and cooking. This calls for effective translation of the instructions of food preparation, such as ingredient names and cooking process.
