摘要：
自上世纪80年代以来，科技英语翻译一度成为翻译学的探讨热点。但科技英语翻译一直局限于科技英语的专业性、语言学等，英语论文题目，英语论文范文，关于科技英语翻译中体现的审美情怀涉及较少。本文拟以科技英语翻译史为探讨背景，以科技英语翻译中的实例为样本，从美学角度回顾国内科技英语翻译的历史，最后以期推动科技英语翻译中审美情怀的培养。

Abstract：
Since 1980s, EST translation has been a hot and significant issue to the related research with this translation theoretical framework. However, researches, ranging from professionalism of science and technology English to linguistics, leave a large blank in the field of EST translation from the perspective of aesthetics. This research is intended to look back into the history of EST translation from the perspective of aesthetics. Finally this paper is expected to promote the cultivation of aesthetics awareness in the course of EST translation.

1. Introduction
With the rapid development of science and technology and the wide international communication, a great demand for knowledge of English for Science and Technology (EST) is required. Thus, EST translation plays an important role in the development of China’s Economy.
A successful EST translation paper should be an aesthetic work which transfers fluently between two different languages. Not only the essence of scientific research should be presented to professionals, but also the perspective of aesthetics should be presented during the EST translation. In this case, EST translation requires equivalent professional knowledge of science and technology, and it requires the awareness of aesthetics to create the scientific value of aesthetics.
Thus, it is rather important to look back into the history of EST translation from the perspective of aesthetics.
EST translation in China can be traced back to one thousand years ago. However, research papers in this field are quite few. A well organized EST translation research starts after the establishment of People’s Republic of China. With the publication of Chinese Translator Journal, Chinese Science and Technology Translators Journal and Shanghai Journal of Translators, the research of EST translation becomes more and more remarkable. |
