1Introduction
1.1 Components of Cosmetic Instructions
Basically, cosmetic instructions contain the introduction of main ingredients, effects, guidance, brand name, manufacture date, expiration date, net weight, manufacturer, address, etc. The first three parts, which are the main body of cosmetic instructions, usually are the most important parts. Therefore, in this thesis, I will pay more attention to the main body of cosmetic instructions.
1.2 Classification of Cosmetic Instructions
1.2.1 Different Presenting Places of Cosmetic Instructions
Cosmetic instructions can de divided into different types according to different criteria. First, they can be classified according to different positions where they are printed. There are instructions on the containers or the packages of the products; they are comparatively short and brief. There is another kind of instruction which is written on a small piece of paper inserted with the products in the packages. This kind of instruction is comparatively longer and gives consumers more detailed information. |
