摘 要
改革开发以来，随着因特网的普及，各国的交流日益密切。尤其是电影事业的发展，为了更好得让国内观众观赏外国电影，字幕翻译成了热门话题。《越狱》是一部精彩的美剧，深受国内观众的欢迎。其中渗透着浓厚的美国文化气息，包括其国民普遍认同的行为原则，英语毕业论文，价值观念，风俗习惯，精神风貌，人际联系，思维模式等，这些往往都体现在具有特色的文化词语中。因此《越狱》字幕的翻译涉及到很多包含了文化背景信息的词语-文化词语。要翻译这些文化词语，不但要求译者有扎实的双语基础，英语论文题目，而且要有源语和目的语的双语文化背景知识，特别是要有广博而扎实的英美文化背景知识，并在此基础上，应用适当的翻译措施，将英美文化词语的真正内涵意义用恰当的汉语形式表现出来，进而将剧中人物所要表达的真正意义传递给中国观众。本文将就此展开讨论。

Abstract
With the establishment of globalization and acculturation，there are two obvious tendencies in the translation studies. Firstly, translation theories are deeply branded with communicative theory. Secondly, scholars attach more importance to cultural exchange than the transmission of language. The combination of the two tendencies gives us new insight into the nature of translation. That is to say, translation is not only linguistic activity but also activity of cultural transplantation and exchange. It deals with not only two different languages, but also two different cultures .Cultural transference has attracted the intensifying attention of the translation circle. Culture restricts the change of meaning in words, and the change of meaning thereof in turn reflects the richness of culture. A contrastive study between English and Chinese in this field will highlight the effects of culture on change of meaning and also the richness of cultural meaning reflected in the vocabulary of both languages. All of these can be seen in the translation of film title. Film is not only a form of expression of culture, but also an important communication tool. As the best work of the new director Brett Ratner, Prison Break, with distinct American culture, impacts audiences with deep enlightenment and ponder. Many English and Chinese culturally-loaded expressions differ in meaning owing to different cultural content, tradition and psychology, and the meaning differences are likely to invoke errors in comprehension and expression. The translation strategy on culturally-loaded expression is a significant aspect to probe into.
