摘 要
随着全球一体化的步伐加速，国际贸易活动变得越来越频繁，国际贸易合同的范围广泛并且内容复杂。这种合同具有交易性并且需要中英文两种版本。为确保合同双方利益，从业者必须在了解贸易合同自身特点的基础上，英语毕业论文，了解国际经济贸易合同的语言特点，学习翻译技巧，有助正确理解或制作合同文本，以利顺利开展国际经济贸易活动。作者主要采用文献调查的措施对国际经济贸易合同中的语言特点以及翻译技巧进行探讨。 本论文共分为六部分，第一部分是引言，第三部分在阐述国际贸易合同的相关概念上研讨国际贸易合同的语言特点。第四部分讨论国际贸易合同翻译过程中常出现的错误。第五部分研讨国际贸易合同翻译的准则和技巧。最后一部分进行了总结

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization, international trade has become more frequent, the content of international trade contract is wide and complicated. These contracts have the characteristics of trading and need Chinese and English versions. To insure the benefit of both side, as a practitioner, we must know the characteristics of the trade contract and learn translation skills which can help us to understand or create the contract so that we can develop foreign trade business successfully. The paper is composed of six parts. The first part is introduction; the third part is on the basis of the concepts of the international trade contract and discusses the characteristics of it. The forth part illustrates the common errors in translating for international trade contracts and the fifth part explores the principles and skills in translating .The last part is conclusion.

1 Introduction
From the reform and opening-up, the economic development of China becomes more diversified day by day and the business interactions among different countries also become frequent. The trade contract, as one of the important communication method in the international trade, is a legal document to defend the self rights and interests of the both sides of trade. English is the most commonly used language in the world and it is the main language used in the international trade contract. Therefore, to Chinese companies, only when they translate the trade contract well, they can build the bridge to conduct the business interaction with the foreign countries.
