摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展和社会的不断进步，社会的人力资源需求层次发生了很大的变化。同时，我国经济结构的不断调整以及经济增长方式的转变，导致了我国高等教育的人才培养体系发生了很大的变革。越来越多的在校大学生开始在学习之余根据自身需求参加一些兼职活动，通过自己的努力来获得劳动报酬和社会经验。
本文主要通过实际调查对英语系学生的兼职近况进行略论探讨，英语毕业论文，英语论文，通过样本调查略论英语系学生兼职的动机、兼职的类型和兼职的满意度三个基本兼职情况，再而对其兼职与专业的相关性、兼职和毕业方向选择的联系进行深入探讨。通过探讨发现，选择毕业后继续学习的英语系大学生的兼职与专业相关程度总体相对较高；选择毕业后就业的学生的兼职与毕业工作相关度不高；选择毕业后继续学习的学生在选择兼职时候更多考虑到毕业后的去向。
该探讨主要针对特定专业的大学生，因此探讨结果更具有针对性和实用性。同时,该探讨对英语学生的学业规划和毕业选择方面有一定的现实指导意义。

Abstract
As the economic and social development in China, the human resource demands and the college educational system of our country are undergoing big changes. More and more college students choose to do some part-time jobs to dispose their spare time and to obtain remuneration and social experiences.
This research employs the investigative methods, such as sending questionnaires and interviewing, as the researching foundation and mainly focuses on the part-time jobs of the English major students. Three basic researching questions are first analyzed. They are “the motivations of the students”, “the categories of the part-time jobs” and “the students’ satisfaction degree about their part-time jobs”. Furthermore, two major aspects are analyzed based on the three basic results: the relativity between the students' part-time jobs and their major and the relativity between the students' part-time jobs and their choices after graduations. Three major findings are generalized as following: firstly, the English major students’ part-time jobs are highly related to their major. Secondly, the part-time jobs of the students who choose working after graduation are not highly related to their future works. Thirdly, the students who choose continue to study after graduations have strong purpose when finding fart-time jobs.
This research focuses on the particular major students, so the results would be more pertinent and practical. The research could also benefit the students when they are facing difficulties when finding part-time jobs. Moreover, this research could guide the students how to balance their studies and their social activities.
