Abstract
With the rapid development of globalization, learning English is to successfully communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. Under the guideline of this goal, students must be equipped with flexible communicative skills as well as cross cultural communicative competence in oral English. So cross culture communication has been a key topic in English education. Cross Cultural Communication refers social intercourses between individuals, peoples and countries, which involve all aspects of politics, political points, values, customs, manner and appellation and so on. Cross cultural communicative competence requires the ability to transcend ethnocentrism, appreciate other cultures and generate appropriate behavior in one or more different cultures.
Since it is of great importance for students to develop cross cultural communicative competence in oral English, this paper is designed to provide teachers with practical strategies in lesson plan, and to help students to improve their cross cultural awareness. By reviewing the main findings of various researches conducted both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the factors affecting cross cultural communication and research findings in oral English, including the features of spoken language and the methods in teaching oral English. The relationship between cross cultural communication and oral English teaching is demonstrated so as to get an in-deep understanding of their interconnection. Based on these theories and findings, this paper proposed several implications.

摘要
随着全球化的迅猛发展,学习英语是与不同的文化背景的人成功交流的必要条件。这一目标的指引,学生必须具备灵活的沟通技巧以及跨文化交际的英语口语能力。因此,跨文化交际一直是英语教育的关键课题。跨文化交际是指个体之间以及民族和国家之间涉及到的政治、政治观点、价值观念、风俗习惯、方式和称谓等各方面的社会交往。跨文化交际能力要求能够跨越种族,欣赏其他种族的文化,英语毕业论文,并能够在一个或多个不同的文化中说适当的话。
培养学生的跨文化交际能力关于英语口语学习具有重要意义,本文旨在为教师在课程计划中提供切实可行的教学策略,英语毕业论文,并帮助学生提高他们的跨文化意识。通过回顾国内外的相关探讨,本文总结了作用因素跨文化交际的因素、英语口语教学的特点和措施。论证了跨文化交际和英语口语教学的联系是密不可分的。最后在这些理论和探讨结果的基础上提出了几个教学启示。
