摘要:
随着经济全球化的到来，我国对外开放的进一步扩大，尤其是我国加入世贸组织后，英语论文题目，走出国门或留在国内参与跨文化交际的人越来越多，他们都需要学习、掌握与不同文化背景的人打交道时的实际技能。文章主要从商务礼仪、谈判、函电三个方面研讨文化异同及其作用，略论文化在商务交际中重要性，商务交际中的文化异同及其原因。从教学、翻译理论与公司管理多个角度提出相应的对策,为从事商务英语工作的人员更好地学习和工作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:
With the economic globalization and the open policy which have been implemented in China, especially after China entered the WTO, the number of people who participate in cross-cultural communication is increasing. They need to learn and master practical skills when they are dealing with businessmen who live in different cultural background. The analysis of this article is mainly on three aspects: the business etiquette, negotiations and correspondence, aiming at discussing the cultural differences and influence. Then it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from aspects of teaching, translation and enterprise management and so on.

1. Introduction
Under the background of economic globalization, international business activities are frequently increasing. International business communication is not only a kind of economic exchange, but also a kind of cross-cultural exchange. With the economic globalization, international business activities have been in a multicultural environment, the cultural differences lead to communication blocks in international business association. In international business activities, the consciousness of the cultural differences between the reasonable processing will influence the economic benefits. If an enterprise wants to have a place in the international market, it not only needs to acquire sophisticated economic, technical means, but also understand the other countries’ culture. Therefore, the success of a modern enterprise in the international society is combination of both the economic success and the success of cultural exchanges. If you have known these cultural differences very well, you can have the invincible position in international business communication.
