《智血》是弗兰纳里•奥康纳的第一部长篇小说,英语毕业论文,被认为是美国文学史上最重要的宗教小说之一,通过描述主人公黑兹尔的精神信仰在生活经历的作用下发生抗拒和怀疑,又在不断抗争的过程中最终皈依基督的不凡经历,反映出当时的动荡环境下,英语论文题目,人们复杂的精神状况和不安定的灵魂,体现了作者的神学观。奥康纳认为关于传统上帝的追求和依赖只能使追求者产生幻灭和绝望,人类必须找到一种和神灵和谐相处的新措施。这篇论文对《智血》中的信仰异化进行了初步的略论和探讨。

Abstract:
Wise Blood, the first novel of Flannery O'Connor, is considered as one of the most important of religious fictions in American literary history. It reflects the complexity in mind and the instability in soul of the people in the turbulent environment through the description of the hero Hazel whose belief is suspected by himself under the influence of life experiences, which shows the author's theology. In O'Connor’s opinion, the traditional pursuit and rely to God only can make the suitors in the situation of disillusionment and despair and human beings must find a new method to be in harmony with the God. The thesis conducted a preliminary analysis to the loss of faith towards God in the Wise Blood.

1.1 Mary Flannery O'Connor and his work
Mary Flannery O'Connor (1925.3.25 - 1964.8.3), an American novelist, short story writer and critic, was born in Georgia. She is the important spokeswoman for American literature after World War II in U.S.
O'Connor was born and grew up in Catholic family, she firmly hold on the Catholic faith in her lifetime and did not seem to experience any crisis of faith. In 1925, O'Connor was born in Savannah, Georgia, the town of the southern United States a Catholic family. Savannah is the oldest cultural center in this state and an important part of “Bible Belt” in south.
