大卫.赫伯特.劳伦斯是一位拥有很多经典著作的多产作家。《虹》便是他众多著名的小说中的一部,它讲述了布兰文家族三代人的生活,英语毕业论文,爱情便是贯穿这部小说的一条主线。在不断变化的社会环境中,劳伦斯试图在在这部小说中探究理想的两性联系。
本文将要略论布兰文家族三代女性对待爱情的态度和观点,通过对三位女性爱情观的略论,反映出劳伦斯心中理想的两性联系。论文的第一部分是对劳伦斯和《虹》这本小说做简要的介绍。第二部分是对《虹》的文献进行略论归纳,英语论文网站,将从小说中的人物,小说所表现的女性生态主义以及劳伦斯的两性观三个方面进行讲解。第三部分将略论三位女性的爱情观。接下来将会阐释略论三代女性的爱情观的意义,既呈现了小说的主题,表达了劳伦斯所探究的和谐的两性观,也对现代人有一定的教育意义。最后得出结论,即,劳伦斯理想的两性观便是身体和灵魂的和谐统一。
本文通过对三代女性的爱情观的略论,告诫人们在这个物欲横流的社会里,要重视人的本性。所以劳伦斯所提倡的和谐的两性观对21世纪的人来说也具有教育意义。

Abstract
D. H. Lawrence is a productive writer who has created a lot of masterpieces. The Rainbow is one of his famous novels, which is about the life of three generations of the Brangwen family, love is one of the main themes in this novel and Lawrence explores the ideal relationships between men and women in the changing social circumstances.
This paper will analyze the three women’s views of love in each generation of the Brangwen family, which reflects the ideal man and woman relationship of Lawrence. Chapter One is a brief introduction to D. H. Lawrence and The Rainbow. Chapter Two is the literature review of The Rainbow, it is organized from three aspects: characters analysis, ecological feminism and sexual concepts in this novel. The third part is the main part of this essay, it mainly analyzes three women’s views of love one by one and each woman has their own different love story in the novel. Then it explains the significances of analyzing the three women’s views of love in this novel, on one hand, it helps to present the theme of this novel, on the other hand, it shows some realistic significance to modern people. The last chapter is the conclusion, that is, Lawrence’s ideal relationship between man and woman is the harmonious unity of sex and soul.
Through the analysis of the three women’s views of love, the essay tells people that they should pay attention to the nature of human beings in the modern society full of material desires, the ideal man and woman relationship that Lawrence advocates in The Rainbow remains significant for the people in the 21st century.
