摘要
近年来，越来越多的西方小说、电影和电视剧以吸血鬼为主题，同时也有越来越多的著作进入中国市场。这些著作吸引了很多中国读者和观众，尤其是青少年，而欣赏这些著作也让他们更多的了解了西方的吸血鬼文化，能够更好的进行中西方的文化交流。吸血鬼的历史由来已久，而《德拉库拉》奠定吸血鬼文学的基础，对略论吸血鬼形象有重要意义。同时《夜访吸血鬼》和《暮色》都是吸血鬼文学上的重要著作，为其形象略论提供了丰富的材料。
本篇论文以上述三部吸血鬼小说为基础对吸血鬼形象的演变进行了略论。首先，在介绍部分简要描述了吸血鬼和论文结构。之后介绍了吸血鬼的起源及传播，英语论文题目，并对以前相关的探讨进行了略论。接下来重点以小说为基础，英语论文题目，从外表、性格、欲望和人类与吸血鬼的联系四个方面略论吸血鬼形象的演变特点以及演变的原因，包括宗教原因、社会原因和读者的需要。
本文旨在通过小说来略论吸血鬼的形象演变，更好的了解吸血鬼的产生以及在小说中的形象特点，并学习其发展经验来更好的促进本国文化的发展。

Abstract
In recent years, an increasing number of western fictions, movies and TV plays have focused on vampires; at the same time, more and more works have entered into Chinese market. These works attract many Chinese readers and audiences’ attention, especially young people. Appreciating these works helps them know more about western vampire culture and also benefits cultural exchange. Vampire has a long history and Dracula lays the foundation of vampire literature, which is quite important for analyzing vampire image. Interview with the Vampire and Twilight are also prominent works in vampire literature, offering many materials for vampire analysis.
This thesis analyzes the evolution of vampire image based on the vampire fictions mentioned aboved. First, it makes a brief introduction of vampire and the structure of this thesis in the first part. Following them, this thesis explains the origin and spread of vampire along with a review of previous researches. Then, it comes to the most important part, which analyzes the characteristics of the changing vampire image from the perspectives of appearances, disposition, desire and relationship between humans and vampires, followed by the reasons for the evolution, including religious reason, social reason and reader’s need.
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the evolution of vampire image based on western fictions, to better understand the origin of vampire as well as characteristics of its image, and to learn western experience of developing culture to promote our own culture.
