Chapter 1 Introduction
中国英语教师通常把学习策略为导向的探讨和尝试一些教学措施,帮助学生好好学习,但不能取得好成绩。做一些探讨工作,就不难发现,如何提高教师的教学措施有关问题虽然已经获得了相当的关注,多年来,有关学生如何使用语言学习策略和学习更好的问题还没有被探讨彻底,笔者认为,作为内部原因,作用语言学习者的成就。学习信念和学习策略在第二语言/外语学习中扮演着重要的角色。理论和不同群体的目标人群的调查和探讨,许多探讨人员也发现,学习者的成就大多是从他们自己的语言学习观念和策略。显然,采用正确的学习观念和策略,英语论文题目,可以帮助学习者学好语言。因此ITIS太大的实际意义,英语论文范文,研讨语言学习者的学习观念和策略,学习第二语言/外语,了解他们的实际意见,并研讨之间的相关性是上述和学习者的学业后改善探讨主要打算回答三个问题:持有学生不同的学习信念在哪里?大的异同在于学生使用学习策略,学习观念和策略之间的联系是什么?Chinese English teachers usually regard learning strategies as the guide of studyand would try a number of teaching methods to help students learn well, but cannotachieve good results. With some research work done, it is not difficult to find thatalthough issues related to how to improve teachers’ teaching methods have receivedconsiderable attention over the years, issues related to how students can use languagelearning strategies well and learn better have not been researched as thoroughly,which, in the author's opinion, serves as the internal reason that influences languagelearners’ achievements.Learning belief and learning strategy play important roles in second language/foreign language learning. Many researchers did survey and study on both theoriesand different groups of target people, and found that learners’ achievements mostlyresulted from their own language learning beliefs and strategies. Obviously, adoptingthe right learning belief and strategy can help learners learn language well. Hence itis of much practical significance to investigate language learners' learning beliefsand strategies, to understand their actual views on learning second/ foreign language,and to explore the correlations between what is mentioned above and learners’academic performance.This study mainly intends to answer the three questions:What different kinds of learning beliefs are held by students?Where do the big differences lie in students’ use of learning strategies?What's the relationship between learning beliefs and strategies?
1.1 The Rationale of the Study of Learning Belief and Strategy
This paper is devoted to the study of English learning beliefs and strategies inorder not only to answer the above questions, but also for the following reasons:Firstly, the study of English language teaching and learning at specific seniorhigh school is still quite inadequate despite its significance. In the past years, therewere only several short papers on this subject, such as Senior High School StudentsEnglish Learning Belief and Strategy Use Features Study (Li Shanshan & He Lixin.2017:8-9), and Senior Students' English Vocabulary Learning Belief and StrategyAnalysis (Liu Leilei. 2017:152-153).Secondly, the study and research of language learners' beliefs and strategies isin urgent need of improvement. There's a few mistakes in the study exist for variousreasons which have impeded the effective communication and use in daily life andalso in academic field. In one word, the study of language learning belief andstrategy meets the needs of the present time, which refers to the background thatturns from teacher-center to student-center, and can provide us with a newperspective in this particular field of study.
1.2 The Significance of the Study
