All in all, the development of the nuclear energy has both the positive influence and negative influence. We cannot deny the function of the nuclear energy, but we need to make sure we could use the nuclear energy with a correct way. We also need to make the law to punish the people who steal the nuclear materials. Only when we use this kind of nuclear energy with a right attitude, it can express its largest function to the whole world.
