Speaking not only is thought to be diplomatic and cognitive object, it is more regarded as a civil code of civilization itself. Russian idioms is the essence of human beings is diluted to speak, for a long time in the rest of the precious wealth stored up, in-depth response of the Russian nation's world outlook and values. In the Russian speaking civilization, "t, which were" could be Russian Nationality Civilization inherent vocabulary, also Russian vocabulary, mainly in understanding there is no doubt that a "t, which were" Russian idioms deeply reaction of Russia's national civilization. This paper from the perspective of civilization speak into "t, which were" from a comprehensive analysis of Russian idioms. The results of this study can help to control the idioms, rich Russian national conditions, and help Russian teaching. At the same time, it also has a certain significance to promote the exchange and communication between the two cultures. This thesis is composed of the introduction, three chapters, conclusion and references. The introduction section describes the research obligations, research significance and research methods of this thesis. The first chapter further understand the definition, characteristics and size of Russian idioms, certainly the research object of this paper, namely, the paper focuses on the idiom is in a narrow sense, including generalized idioms, slang, proverbs and sayings; explains the relationship between idioms and culture. The second chapter of "element of T, which were" Russian idioms semantic analysis. The first chapter from the etymological dictionaries and two aspects of "t, which were" the lexical semantics is analyzed, then the semantics of the belt "t, which were" the study of Russian idioms. The third chapter remind into element "Russian idiom reaction of T, e were" Russian ethnic religious civilization, the concept of money, reputation concept and culture and customs.
