In recent years, the South West Regional Economic Cooperation and achieved certain development, but significantly behind in other regions of the world, in southwest of China and the Russian Far East region as an intermediate zone of West South Asian Association for regional cooperation, Peter during the cooperation for a long time, in the bilateral economic and trade growth with Eph into replacement of strategic importance. Currently in the Russian Far East business growth momentum is superior, Russia's accession to the WTO is just around the corner, the Russian Far East business will usher in a wider cooperation space. This paper is based on the growth process, characteristics and the beautiful prospect of the Far East business in China and Russia.
