The international community and governments are increased to the actual research organization crime, for organised crime growth, change discipline. Relative to overseas and foreign typical underworld society crime shape, China at the present stage of the underworld crime overall is still in the lower stage, underworld organization belongs to a newborn's violent crime groups and its motion with community characteristics. As a developing country, China has organized crime also and China's economy, with "after" the characteristics, analogy, however, with China's economic growth, the growth rate faster, the tendency is more fierce, the level of internationalization of the higher. Is to perfect Chinese anti black legislation and Countermeasures of organized crime is the main attack.
