| 摘要：文章介绍了黑龙江省中俄合作办学的基本情况,论述了俄语基础课教学对中俄合作办学质量的重要意义,指出了当前俄语基础课教学中存在的主要问题。并就解决这些问题,优化教学质量,结合多媒体网络手段的优势,提出了多媒体网络环境下的俄语基础课教学设计方案,以与广大俄语教师和科研工作者共同研讨商榷,更有效地提高俄语基础课教学质量,进而推动中俄合作办学可持续发展。 Abstract：Is introduced in this paper the basic situation of the Sino Russian cooperation in running schools of Heilongjiang Province, discusses the teaching of Russian as a basic course of Sino Russian cooperation in running schools quality important significance, points out the main problems existing in the teaching of the basic course in Russian.
