Influence on the education system of traditional civilization, influenced by Oriental colonial nationalist. 1946 Philippines independence, for their own teaching reform to stop. This paper, after the basic teachings of Philippines self taught higher education and secondary transformation as the research focus, to formulate the teaching policy as the research object. Through the process of this period of time 1946-1990 early in the Philippines in the reign of social, political and economic growth are introduced, analysis from Roxas to Macapagal, Marcos and Aquino three times stop education reform and formulate relevant policies, and obtained in the transformation of attainments and the performance of the ills. This paper is divided into five departments, the first sector specific elaboration and the analysis of Spanish and American colonization of the Philippines ancient education system set up.
