In this paper, based on the application of semantic, syntactic functions and other aspects of the actual, comparative analysis of the ancient Chinese verb "Hui", "can", "can", especially will Chinese auxiliary verb "" "" "can" and Thai DAJ similarities and differences between the comparative analysis. "Can" show seven kinds of semantics, namely, to can, good, allow, requirements, use, target meaning. "Can" show six kinds of semantics, namely, to allow, can use, requirements, and worthy of righteousness. A list of their syntactic features also in front of the similarities and differences between departments. In the fourth chapter, the comparison analysis "will," "to" "can" with the meaning and usage of Daj through comparative study, the invention of Daj as escape of verbs is "get", and before the auxiliary verb is "no chance" meaning, as auxiliary verbs can be four kinds of semantic expression, i.e.the ability, can, allow, past time produce something should be righteous.
