Accordingly, the Chinese translation displays diversity. Based on the theory of cognitive linguistics and the category of ＂giving-receiving＂, this paper analyzed the characteristics of seven kinds of semantic types ＂kureru＂ in Chinese-Japanese translation. Then, the correspondence between ＂kureru＂ and Chinese was discussed.
