摘要
产品说明书在我们日常生活中有着很大的影响，经观察，我们发现它有自己的编写特点。本文从词汇，句法，篇章三个层面结合实例进行文体略论，旨在发现产品说明书的文体特征。词汇方面具体略论了产品说明书中的专业术语、动词、缩略词、数字等;句法方面主要略论了其中的祈使句，省略句，常用句型和结构；篇章方面主要探讨了产品说明书的分段、宏观结构、图片和符号。最后总结了产品说明书的特点，即明确性，英语毕业论文，简洁性，英语论文，完整性，指引性。该探讨表明，产品说明书的文体略论不仅能够帮助我们更好理解产品说明书而且关于产品说明书的编写有一定的指导影响。

Abstract
Product specifications play an important role in our daily life, and we find that they have their own features of writing. In order to discover the stylistic features of product specifications, product specifications are analyzed at the lexical, syntactic and discoursal level with some examples. At the lexical level, it analyzes the technical words, verbs, abbreviations and figures in product specifications. At the syntactic level, imperative sentences, elliptical sentences, sentence patterns and types and structures used to express sequential actions in product specifications are analyzed. At the discoursal level, the segmentation, macro-structures, pictures and signs in product specifications are discussed. Finally, it concludes the features of product specifications, namely clarity, simplicity, integrity, informativeness. The research indicates that the stylistic analysis of product specifications can not only help us have a better understanding of product specifications, but also have some reference for writing them.

1 Introduction
Product specification, also called instruction or manual, is a small handbook that gives relatively professional information about the qualifications, features and functions of a certain product, and furthermore, it tells people how to use a product in a right way, together with the best way to maintain it, so as to ensure the basic interests and safety of the user. There are many kinds of product specifications. For example, specifications for cosmetic products, machines and so on. In our daily life, we can see product specifications everywhere. In the market, almost every commodity to be sold carries with it product specification about its uses.
