Abstract:
Family is the fundamental component of a society, the perspective upon family virtually affects the social culture in every aspect of life. So, family values are not isolated from national culture; it has a close relationship with other social relations. Chinese and American cultures have great differences in family values and other family relations. Learning the differences and its indications in social relations between China and America is of great importance to the theoretical research and the Sino- American intercultural communication. This thesis makes a comparison of the differences between American and Chinese family values based on intercultural communication theory, and discusses the effects that family values bring to friendship, working relationship, social contact and life values. Finally, this thesis analyses the factors leading to the differences in family values and points out that the change of family values will also lead to the change of social relations and cultural perspectives.

摘 要：
家庭是社会的组成单位，英语论文范文，家庭观作用着社会文化的方方面面。因此，英语论文，家庭观在社会文化中并不是孤立的，它与其他社会联系有着千丝万缕的关系。中美两种不同文化在家庭观和家庭联系方面都表现出很多本质的异同，了解中美家庭观的异同以及其在社会联系中的表现，具有很大的理论探讨意义，对更有效的进行中美跨文化交际具有很重要的影响。本文通过应用跨文化交际的相关理论阐述了中美两国的家庭观的主要差异点，并对家庭观对朋友联系，工作联系以及社交观、价值观等产生的作用进行了讨论。在此基础之上，略论了造成中美家庭观异同的原因,指出家庭观的变化也会导致社会联系和文化观念的变迁。
