饮食文化源远流长，不同的历史环境铸就了不同的饮食文化，本文旨在对中西方不同的饮食文化给予总结归纳，英语论文范文，并略论引起这些中西异同的历史环境因素，英语毕业论文，并从这一方面为由于中西方饮食文化不同所引起的纠纷与矛盾提供新的解决思路。

Abstract：
The food cultures in the world have lasted for thousands of years, and different historical environment would like to result different food culture. This essay aims at giving a brief summary on the differences between Chinese and Western food culture, analyzing the influence of historical environment which caused the diversity and finding a new way to explain the problem which causes by the different food culture.

1. Introduction
Both China and West regard food as the necessary premise. The famous ancient Chinese “Book of Rites • Li Yun” said that food and sex is what people wish greatly; and Marx also said in order to create the history, people must be able to live . From the aspect of living, hunger breeds discontent is a truth all around the world. But from the aspect of historical environment, different economy and cultural background may nurture different food culture. Almost every culture has its own core theory, dietary configuration, dish style, food customs, diet system and tableware usage, which are the reflection of the different natural and historical environment. Therefore, it will be easier to understand the differences if we analysis this question from historical aspect.
2. Core Theory of Food Culture
2.1. The historical Environment
The fundamental difference between Chinese and Western cultures is on the views of the relationship between men and nature. Chinese culture values the harmony of people and nature. The Correspondence between Human and Nature is the Core Thoughts throughout the Chinese culture and the basis for the development of Chinese. While the Separation of Nature and Human is the traditional Core Thoughts in Western culture, involve the various philosophical tendencies and factions. It is the root causes of the development of Western culture. Therefore, we can say, the most fundamental and important differences between China and Western is the relationship between Human and Nature. |
