摘 要
随着经济和信息技术的快速发展,商务英语函电已成为对外贸易中不可缺少的组成部分,也是现代外贸活动中最常用也最有效的通讯手段之一;它是一种行业英语,主要用于对外经济贸易活动和社会活动中。如果没有往来的贸易电函,大部分的国际贸易活动都不可能顺利进行。因此,商务英语函电在对外贸易中的影响就是为双方的沟通交流搭起的桥梁,准确而具体地传递双方的各类相关信息。
本文首先介绍了商务函电的相关知识,包括它的过去的写法和现在的写法。其次从句法和词汇的角度来略论函电的语言特征,并且介绍了翻译技巧。第三部分主要略论了商务函电语言的五大准则,即:清楚,简洁,礼貌,英语毕业论文,具体,英语论文题目,正确;及其在实践中的运用。

Abstract
With the development of information technology and economy, business English correspondence has become an integral part of the modern foreign trade activities in foreign trade, and it is one of the most common and most effective means of communication; it is a trade English, which used in foreign trade and economic activities and social activities. If there is no correspondence with each other, most of the international trade activities are not carried out smoothly. Therefore, Business Correspondence plays an important role in communication between the two sides; it can pass both accurate and specific types of information.
The article first introduces the relevant knowledge of business correspondence, including its past way of writing and present way of writing. Secondly from the angle of vocabulary and syntax, the article analyses language feature of business letters, and presents its translation skills. In the third part, the article mainly enumerates five principles of business correspondence, namely, clarity, conciseness, courtesy, concreteness, correctness; and its application in practice.

1. Introduction
Letters are commonly used in daily life such as negotiation matters, exchanging ideas, connecting feelings and it is an important tool to enhance understanding of people. Letters can be divided into two categories: Private letters and business letters (or business letter of official correspondence). Private correspondence is to connect and express feelings, while enterprises communicate with the outside world in the form of business letters. Business letters can be widely used for consulting information, trade negotiation, orders for goods, selling goods, asking for account receivable and so on. |
