摘 要
如今，随着世界各国经济的发展，金融新闻在日常生活中扮演着重要的角色。金融英语是英语新闻的一个分类，既有英语新闻的特点，又因其内容，具有独特之处。本文通过举例从两个方面研讨西方主流媒体报道金融英语的文体特色。此外，英语论文，本文指出金融报道语言的主要功能是传递金融信息，语言必须具体，精确，简练。金融英语报道，因其独特的语言特征，如果想理解报道的内容，需重视金融英语报道的文体特征。这要求读者学习金融英语报道词语和语篇的特征。案例探讨是本论文的主要探讨措施。作者着重略论词汇的专业术语, 口语, 新词和缩写词。作者指出略论金融英语的文体特征不仅让读者获取信息, 知识, 拓宽视野,丰富时间, 也使读者意识到英语学习的意义和价值,喜欢阅读英语新闻,使生活多彩。

Abstract
Nowadays, financial news plays a significant role in our daily life along with the economic development in each country of the word. Financial English is one of the types of news English, which does not only have the common features of journalistic English but also stands out for its own uniqueness because of the feature of the contents. This paper probes into the three major stylistic features of financial coverage in English news publication based on analyzing examples of the stylistic features of financial English. Besides, this paper points out that the language used in financial coverage, whose primary function is to deliver economic information, showing clearly the language of Financial English report should be precise, accurate and compact. Financial English report, constrained by the style of linguistic, should pay special attention to the stylistic features in financial English reports and try to understand reports, which requires a study of their features in vocabulary and discourse. Case studies will be taken as the major research method in this part. In the research, we find that analyzing the lexical features of financial English report should be based on the professional term and terminology, colloquial language, neologism and abbreviations. The author believes that the pragmatic analysis of stylistic features of financial English reports will not only make the readers get information, knowledge, broadening horizons, enriching leisure time but also enable readers to realize the meaning and value of learning English, enjoy reading English news and make the life colorful by analyzing the features of financial news.

1 Introduction
1.1 Background knowledge
With the outbreak of the American subprime mortgage crisis, evolved into a serious financial crisis and spread around the world rapidly in the end of 2017. Not only did media make a large number of reports timely and quickly but also financial journalists made the professional and in-depth analysis and comment. Thus, the research on the stylistic features of financial English report became the popular researches in the world. Financial journalism professors of Central University of Finance and Economics thought, financial news will become more and more important part in China and even globe in the next fifteen years. From the State macro-economy policy to people’s daily life, financial news has been increasingly highlighting its importance.
