0.1 Research Background
教学系统，得到学生学习在一个固定的类往往容易忽视学生的个体异同。个别化教学的形式，使教学效率低下。为了使所有学生的教育机会，教学中根据个体异同，我们采用英语分级教学结合课堂教学，小组教学，英语论文范文，个别教学，使每个学生都能易学他们应该LEAM的，并把他们所学到的使用。教师应该充分利用这种措施的优点是使每个学生有更好的发展。为了开展教学总要求，根据学生的能力，提高教学效率，让学生得到充分的发展，实现教育公平，教师应该基于课堂教学组织形式的框架下，采用分层教学法。教学是一门科学，教师在45分钟类肯定不应简单地传授知识，还可以通过自己的教学措施，他们自然可以指导学生的学习措施。学生应掌握科学的学习措施，抓住关键，英语论文，打开大门，使自己善于当前在未来的学习，甚至在其整个生命。因为他们的探讨水平的内容时，更困难的异同，他们的水平之间的差距，这样才能更好较大。The teaching system that gets students to study in a fixed class tendseasy to overlook individual differences of students.
