Abstract:
With the globalization of economy, the trade, investment and other commercial activities between China and other countries have become more and more frequent. English business contracts are widely used among these activities. Business contract regulates the rights and obligations of both parties and becomes increasingly important in foreign trades. What business contract pursues is not the artistic beauty of language but rigorous logic, professional expression and clear thinking. Business contract, as a legal document, has strict rules, routines and unique language features. So this paper analyses the characteristics of business contracts in terms of stylistic features.
The paper analyses the stylistic features from lexical and syntactical aspects. Furthermore, it explores and summarizes some basic principles and strategies of E-C translation of English business contract through the analysis of concrete examples. This paper is expected to offer some beneficial suggestions for translators.

随着经济全球化，英语毕业论文，中国与其他国家的贸易、投资和其他商业活动变得越来越频繁，英语商务合同得到广泛运用。商务合同规定了双方的权利和义务，英语论文，在对外贸易活动中的地位也越来越重要。英语商务合同所追求的不是语言的艺术美，而是逻辑的严谨与精确、表述的规范与专业，以及思维的清晰与缜密。而作为一种法学文件，商务合同有其严格的规则、惯例和独特的语言特征，因此本文从商务合同的文体方面来略论其自身的特点。
本文从词汇，句法层面来略论其文体特征，研讨和归纳商务合同英译汉的一些基本准则和策略,并且通过对具体实例的略论，研讨在异同中寻求相对有效的翻译措施。希望通过本文的略论能够给译者一些有益的启示。
