Abstract:
Recently, with the continuous development of tourism, tourist industry has become more and more internationalized. With the increasing number of foreign tourists, various tourist attractions facilitate tourists all round the world by adopting both Chinese and English public signs. As a result, translation of public sign in tourist attractions is more and more common. However, it has brought some problems, that is to say, many conventional translation errors that cannot be ignored. Therefore, this paper will use the theories of domestication and foreignization to further analyze the errors in the translation of public signs in order to seek specification of public signs translation.

近年来，伴随着旅游业的不断发展，旅游事业也是越来越变得国际化。随着外国游客数量的不断增加，各个旅游景点为了方便来自世界各国的游客，采用了中英文相互对照的两种不同的公示语。因此旅游景点公示语的翻译越来越常见，但同时也存在一些翻译当中不能够被忽视的常规的翻译错误。因此，本文将在结合了具体实例的基础上，采用归化与异化的理论来进一步略论存在于旅游景点的公示语翻译中的错误，英语论文题目，以此来寻求更加规范的公示语翻译。

1. Introduction
Recently, the rapid development of the world economic internationalization has led to the development of tourism in China. In order to let foreign tourists with a clear understanding of the attractions, each scenic spot adopted both English and Chinese translation of public signs. However, many conventional translation errors have existed in public signs.
Huangshan, located in the city of Huangshan in southern Anhui Province, is a world geological park, the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, China 5A grade scenic spot, as well as one of China's top ten attractions, national scenic area and the first national demonstration civilized tourist area,. However, there still exist many translation problems in public signs of Huangshan, such as grammatical errors, spelling errors, Chinglish, misnomer, etc. As a result, foreign tourists may easily feel confused about the translation of this famous scenic spot. Scenic translation of public signs will also affect the image of the entire region, even the country. Therefore, the translation needs to be improved. For example, in many scenic spots, in order to protect the flowers and grasses, they will put a warning sign. However, there is a scenic spot written as "Careful flowers and grasses", which is a usual error in translation. Although Huangshan is a tourist resort with a long history and many scholars have written a large quantity of articles to praise it, unfortunately, the Huangshan scenic area has been found a dozen translation errors already.
