摘 要
朱自清是中国当代伟大的诗人，学者，散文家。 而《背影》是其经典的著作之一。朱自清的散文分为描写社会，环境和情感三类。《背影》属于第三类，其语言朴实，真诚，并应用白描写法。张培基教授是著名的翻译家，英语论文网站，英语论文，在散文翻译中很有造诣。本文主要探索了张教授在翻译《背影》时的语言风格。通过词汇，句法以及语篇层面对比了张教授的译文与朱自清先生的原文。根据翻译对等和泰勒的三项准则探索张培基的译文语言风格。

Abstract
Zhu ziqing is a Chinese great poet, scholar and essayist. The sight of father’s back is one of his classical masterpieces which language style is plain and faithful. His essay can express social life, natural scenery and emotions. The sight of father’s back belongs to the third one which conveys the emotions between father and son. Zhu adopted the way of line drawing when he created it. Professor Zhang peiji is a famous translator, especially in the prose translation. This paper mainly discusses Professor Zhang’s language style when he translated the sight of father’s back. And it compares the Zhang peiji’s version and the Zhu ziqing’s source text through the diction, syntax and the context. According to the “translation equivalence” and Tytler’s three basic principles, this paper analyze the language style of the version.

1 Introduction
1.1 The Introduction of Zhu Ziqing and “Bei Ying”
Zhu Ziqing(1898---1894), born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, is one of the early members of Literature Research Association. Zhu Ziqing can be regarded as the May fourth intellectuals. Chairman Mao highly appraised him: Zhu Ziqing suffered from serious disease for a life, but he rather decided “starvation” rather than got American relief grain. This moral integrity showed our country’s great heroism. Zhu Ziqing is also an outstanding poet, prose writer and scholar. His early pomes not only indicate the longing for the future and the desire for the light, but also reveal a melancholy feeling which is the disillusionment of hope. His prose gains high artistic achievements. Zhu Ziqing is adept in expressing his own true feeling through a plain narrative which is simple, cordial and mainly use the spoken language. His prose is mainly about narrative and lyrical sketch that can be divided into three themes: the first is to write the social life to attack the dark reality, the second is to describe the natural scenery and the last is about family life to reveal the emotions between father and son, wife and husband, and among the friends which has a strong human nature. The “Bei Ying” which is the representative work of Zhu ziqing belongs to the third one.
