摘 要
本论文讲述了翻译目的论视角下金融英语术语英汉翻译的策略,通过结合翻译目的论来略论金融英语术语翻译中产生的问题和遇到的障碍。伴随着经济全球化和中国入世后上海国际金融中心建设的良好机遇，金融英语的运用越发广泛。这导致了准确的翻译和国际金融用语的使用显得尤为重要。而术语翻译是金融英语英汉翻译中的一个难点。本文用翻译目的论对金融英语术语英汉翻译策略所产生的影响、作用和启示来解决金融英语术语英汉翻译过程中遇到的问题，全面仔细的介绍了并解释了翻译目的论，英语论文网站，以翻译目的论为基础，结合实例，将翻译目的论运用到金融英语术语翻译当中，英语论文题目，采用恰当的策略使金融英语术语翻译达到准确、通顺、专业的境界。

Abstract
The content of this paper is research on E-C Translation Strategies of Financial Terms from the Perspective of Skopos Theory. This thesis aims at finding and analyzing the problems and obstacles when translators are translating financial English terms through combining Skopos Theory. With the globalization of economy and the construction of Shanghai’s position of international financial center after China’s entrance into the WTO, finance English is used more and more widely. This has led to the use of accurate translation and international financial terms are very important. While the terms translation is the difficult point of financial English in E-C translation. Some of more special financial English terms often make many financial English users and relevant translators feel hard to grasp, and some common terms because of the change of its meaning often cause mistakes in translation. Therefore, it is practical significance for the translators and the users of financial terms to research the difficulties and problems of the translation of financial English terms. By using the influences of Skopos Theory in translation, this paper aims to solve problems in the process of financial English terms translation. This subject introduces and explains Skopos Theory comprehensively and carefully, combining with the practice on the basis of Skopos Theory. Skopos Theory is applied to E-C translation of financial English terms to adopt appropriate strategies to make financial English translation achieve accurate, fluent and professional realm.

1 Introduction
1.1 Background of the study
Functionalist translation theory was born in 1970s and had gone through three stages. Skopos Theory, which was created by Hans J. Vermeer and his teacher Katharina Reiss in the book Groundwork for a General Theory of Translation. On the basis of behavior theory, Vermeer regarded translation as a kind of human activity, what’s more, as a purposeful activity. He paid attention to the circumstance of actions under the cultural background and thought different cultures have different customs and values, therefore, the translation is not one-to-one language transformation activities in his eye.
