[摘要]

随着21世纪市场经济的快速发展和科技的激烈竞争,小学英语教育变得越来越重要。而传统的英语教师角色已经不能满足新时代的挑战,所以,根据新课改的要求,小学英语教师应该尽快更新观念,适应这场充满挑战又存在机遇的浪潮。众所周知,在传统的教学工作当中,教师主要起着主导影响。可是,学生学习的效果却并不明显。因此,英语毕业论文,文章根据新课改的要求,从小学英语教师的角色出发,认识了解教师在小学英语教学实践中角色定位的重要性,分清教师和学生角色的主次联系,准确定位教师的角色,英语论文题目,并在具体的教学实践中不断地反思调整,从而对小学英语教师的角色重新定位并制定培养策略。

Abstract:

With the development of the market-oriented economy and the technical competition of the 21st century, the elementary English education becomes more and more important. The role of the traditional English teachers can not meet the challenge of this new age. As we all know, in the traditional English language teaching, teachers mainly play the central and dominant role, but the teaching effect is actually not that efficient. Therefore, in order to adapt to this trend which is full of challenges and chances, the elementary school English teachers must renew their concepts. The paper discusses the cultivation and orientation of teachers' role in elementary school English education influenced by the New Curriculum Reform.

1. Introduction
Many people consider the role of the teachers an important component of efficient classroom management, some researchers regard it as part of the design of a methodology or approach[1](P25). The latest Course Standards for primary school English teaching stipulate that teachers’ work is to motivate students’ interest in English, to cultivate students’ sense of success, to guide students to form good learning habit, to enable them to communicate smoothly and develop sound value towards learning and living. The traditional ways of teaching shows us that the teachers always are the main leaders of the whole class, students have to follow the teacher and seldom have chance to say anything. It is not an efficient way for the students to form a good learning habit. As we all know that teachers guidance is the basis and premise for students to realize the goal.In English language teaching,teachers should work hard to guide students, so as to get them to be involved into learning process,learn to probe, be interested in studies and know how to learn on their own, and at last turn the still knowledge from books into dynamic ability. Most of teachers just finish their tasks of teaching and forget what the students could get from his or her class. In other words that is to say what the teacher should have taught is important to students, but least of them care what the students have learned and how they learned. So it is necessary to distinguish the teachers’ roles in class teaching and improve the teachers’ roles in language teaching.
