摘要

在全球化的背景下,英语语言的口头交际能力越来越受重视。然而,随着社会大环境越来越强调口语能力,英语口语焦虑,这一作用英语口头表达与英语学习的情感因素的负面影响也越来越明显。那么,怎么克服口语焦虑带来的负面作用,帮助英语口语焦虑者降低英语口语焦虑呢?
为帮助英语口语焦虑者降低焦虑情绪,本文试图利用英文歌曲来创设轻松学习环境,通过激发英语口语焦虑者的学习积极性,英语毕业论文,改善英语口语焦虑者的语音、提高他们的口语水平,以期降低英语口语焦虑者的口语学习焦虑。
基于长达五周的探讨数据,英语论文,本文发现演唱英语歌曲对降低英语口语焦虑者的焦虑感无明显影响,他们英语口语无明显的提高,但是,此措施对提高他们的英语学习积极性有显著影响。

Abstract

In today’s world, with a rapid pace of globalization, a good command of spoken English has become more and more important to people. However, English speaking anxiety, one of the affective factors has negative effects on English Learning. Then, how to reduce the negative effects which may derive from oral English learning?
In order to answer this question, this thesis intends to examine whether singing English songs could reduce anxiety by manipulating the features of English songs. Hopefully, this will lead to a relaxing and cozy learning environment, which may stimulate the learning initiative of the students, upgrade their level of English pronunciation and oral proficiency.
Based on the data collected over five weeks, this thesis finds that English speaking anxiety cannot be reduced by singing English songs, and there is no obvious improvement on students’ spoken English. But, their learning initiative is stimulated by this method.
