摘 要
当代教育界和心理学界已经认识到，教育的根本目的是使学生成为独立、自主、有效的学习者。教会学生如何学习，培养学生有效的学习策略，不仅有利于他们提高学习效果，减轻学习负担，而且能够大面积地提高教学质量。我国《英语教学大纲》把“形成有效的学习策略”列为了重要的教学目的之一。2017年7月颁布的《全日制义务教育、普通高级中学英语课程标准》(实验稿)中，语言学习策略的培养也是课程目标结构的一个重要方面。金融英语是从事金融职业的人在其工作范围内所使用的一种带有专业术语的特殊英语。与其他类型的专业英语相比，其特点归纳为以下几点：第一与通用英语相比金融英语系词汇量大，专业术语多；第二语篇中长句子使用较多；第三文体特征明显。本文通过介绍略论金融英语的特点，研讨了金融英语学习中的存在的问题，英语论文网站，从其词汇的角度、句法的角度以及语言的逻辑层次和文体特征等方面，研讨了相关的金融英语学习措施和技巧。

Abstract
The contemporary specialists in education and psychologists have realized that the basic purpose of education is to make students independent, autonomous and effective learners．and to teach them how to learn．These learned behaviors result in students’ developing effective learning strategies which result in learning efficiency，as well as translate into academic success for the students at any level．Our <English Syllabus>has labeled “forming efficient learning strategies” one of the most important teaching purposes．<National Curriculum Criteria on SEFC> issued in July，英语论文范文，2017 has made the training of students’ learning strategies a key aspect h curriculum objective．Financial English is a kind of special English with some professional terms used by people engaged in financial occupation in their scope of work. Compared with other types of professional English, its characteristics are as follows: First, Financial English has a large number of vocabulary and terminologies, compared with general English; Secondly, Long sentences are used a lot in the text; The last, Financial English has obvious stylistic features. The thesis mainly focuses on analyzing the features of financial English, probes into problem of financial English learning strategies, which from the perspective of lexicology, syntax, logic and style, could be useful in promoting such learning skills．

1 Introduction
With China's entry into WTO and the globalization of financial market, the demand for the talents who are good at both financial knowledge and English language increasingly grows, and the human resources market witnesses’ awkward situations in which people specialize in finance without the good command of English, or master language skills without understanding finance. Many English majors realize that, if they want to start their careers in industries related to finance, understanding the fundamentals of Finance English is essential; and non-English majors (especially finance majors) are also aware of the importance of the communication skills in English.
