Abstract
Charles Dickens is one of the most famous realist writer in British literary history , and David Copperfield is Dickens' masterpiece, which is regarded as one of his favorite works. The work is full of strong irony, and it also reflects his humanitarian spirit. In the novel the author takes the fate of the hero David as the main line, and makes detailed description of the various characters around David. And the author has deep attainments in characterization.
Firstly, this article makes a brief introduction to Dickens' humanitarian thoughts as well as his life. Secondly, in this paper, several studies have been made from the aspects of characters in the novel to analyze Dickens' humanitarianism. Finally, this paper has analyzed the connotation and the reason of Dickens’ humanitarianism.The purpose of this paper is to make a deep exploration of Dickens' humanitarianism and make people pay attention to the charm and the essence of his thought in Dickens’ work.

摘要
查尔斯•狄更斯是维多利亚时期最伟大的批判现实主义作家，《大卫•科波菲尔》是查尔斯•狄更斯的一部代表作。狄更斯他是英国文学史上举足轻重的现实主义作家，英语论文题目，这部著作被他本人视为是最喜爱的著作之一。他的著作充满了浓厚的讽刺意味，但也恰恰反映出了他的人道主义情怀，在这部小说中作者以主角大卫的一生坎坷的命运为主线，并对大卫身边的各种人物进行细致入微的描写，关于人物塑造方面作者有着很深的造诣。
本文首先对狄更斯的人道主义以及他的生平进行简介。其次，英语论文题目，本文对《大卫•科波菲尔》的人物形象展开了略论，通过几方面的人物探讨对狄更斯人道主义进行略论。最后关于狄更斯人道主义的内涵以及形成原因和社会环境进行了略论。 本文旨在对狄更斯的人道主义进行深层次的探究，呼吁人们关注狄更斯著作的魅力和其思想的精髓。
