摘 要
在文学著作中，讽刺幽默一直是受欢迎的写作手法。古今中外，概莫能外。美国著名作家马克吐温和中国的鲁迅的著作主要的特征之一就是幽默讽刺，他们的幽默讽刺揭露和抨击社会现象，英语论文，引起人们的深思，所以他们的著作至今深受大家喜爱。本文围绕幽默讽刺这一主题，比较了两个作家幽默讽刺之间的同与异。首先，是幽默讽刺的介绍以及鲁迅和马克吐温的简介，包括他们著作的简介；接着是他们的共同点，英语论文，包括幽默讽刺主题思想和相似点以及追求的本质；再是通过鲁迅和吐温不同的社会背景，著作中人物的不同性格，幽默讽刺的不同表达方式，情感侧重点不同以及他们不同风格的成因来比较两人幽默讽刺的不同点，同时两个作家应用幽默讽刺的措施不同和揭露的内涵也不同。本文通过对两个作家间的比较，通过对小说《百万英镑》的理解，进一步了解马克吐温的幽默讽刺，从而探究马克吐温的幽默讽刺揭露的本质，以及所带有的寓意。

Abstract
In literary works, irony and humor have always been popular writing styles. There is no exception for it in modern or ancient times and in China or abroad. The main characteristics of famous writer Lu Xun and Mark Twain's works are humor and irony. They used humor and irony to expose and criticize the social phenomenon, causing people to think about the future of the country, so their works are far beloved. This paper focuses on the theme of humor and irony, and compare the similarities and differences between the two writers' humor and irony: The first part is the introduction of humor and irony, and introduction of Lu Xun and Mark Twain, including their works; the second part compare their similarities through the theme, the pursuit of the essence; then analysis differences of humor and irony by their different social backgrounds, different personalities of the characters, the different expressions and the emotional focus of humor and irony as well as reasons for their styles, at the same time, two writers used humor and irony to expose different connotations. This article makes comparison between the two writers and Mark Twain, and through the understanding of the novel The Million Pound Note to learn more about Mark Twain's humor and irony and explore Mark Twain's humor and irony with exposing the essence, and some meanings.

1 Introduction
1.1 The introduction of humor and irony
Humor and irony are the two typical methods in writing. As Modern Chinese Language Dictionary mentioned, humor is speaking interesting or funny things but it can be meaningful and people can come up with lots of things through laughing. Irony refers to using the metaphor, hyperbole and other ways to expose, criticize or ridicule to expose some of the errors and weaknesses,that is it criticize and attacks something in order to make all of these errors and weaknesses more vivid, profound and clear to be understood. |
