摘要
本文主要以女性主义叙事学为理论基础，分别从小说的叙事声音、故事内容和情节安排三大方面对简.奥斯汀的《理智与情感》进行略论，把著作与性别写作以及历史背景关系在一起从而使读者对此部著作的文本意义，写作技巧有一个更新颖、更全面的理解。另外，通过对小说的解读，让读者对女性主义叙事学有一个基本的了解。论文首先从背景介绍开始,此部分主要是对小说进行内容简介、写作背景简介以及对女性主义叙事学进行简要阐析。第二部分是主题部分，分别对小说从叙事声音、故事内容以及情节安排三方面进行详细的解读和评析，英语毕业论文，英语论文，反映出女性著作的写作特点与性别及历史背景的关系.第三部分是在女性主义叙事学的指导下，对《理智与情感》的特点以及此小说对女性主义叙事学发展的意义进行总结。第四部分是论文总结。

Abstract
Mainly based on the theory of feminist narratology, this paper tries to analyze Jane. Austin’s first novel Sense and Sensibility from the narrative voice, story content and plot arrangement respectively. By combining the novel, the historical background and gender politics, the thesis aims to analyze the novel from a new perspective. In addition, through the analysis of the novel, the thesis tries to help readers understand the feminist narratology clearly.
First of all, the thesis starts from the background of the novel and the feminist narratology. This part is mainly about the introduction of the novel’s contents, the writing background and the development of the feminist narratology. The second part is the subject body. It is the detailed analysis of the novel based on the feminist narratology from the narrative voice, story content and plot arrangement. The third part is the comments of the novel on the base of the feminist narratology, which is about the features of the novel and its impacts on the development of the feminist narratology. The last part is the conclusion of this thesis.

1. Introduction
1.1 Brief introduction of the novel
Sense and Sensibility is the first novel of Jane Austin. In 1795, she accomplished the first draft of the book, which named Elinor and Marianne. The work is about the two main characters’ life: Marianne and Elinor’s spouse activities. Heroine Elinor and Marianne each represent the two different values of marriage and life: sense and sensibility. The two main heroines of the story start a new life by moving to Devonshire with their mother after their father passing away. On the choice of marriage, Marianne is enthusiastic and emotional. After meeting Willoughby by accident, she falls in love with him deeply, and the two people develop a good relationship. |
