本文首先根据现有的政府网站翻译近况，结合相关探讨成果来略论部分地区政府网站翻译工作的成效并略论翻译工作做得到位与不足的原因；然后阐述目的论的发展史，英语论文网站，以及在网站翻译中的积极影响；最后结合目的论指导下的两种翻译措施，文献型翻译措施与工具型翻译措施，以上海市内各地区政府的门户网站英文版本作为具体探讨对象，略论上海市各区政府网站对于各地相关政策规定与经济生活介绍等板块的英译版本在整体结构与语言词汇应用上的具体翻译措施。 关键词：政府网站，目的论，英语毕业论文，翻译
ABSTRACT
This paper first discusses the current situations of the translation of government websites combined with the existing research background. In the view of present status, it analyses the reasons of deficient translational work and efficient translational task respectively. Then it elaborates the development of Skopos Theory and its positive function in government website translation. It finally introduces two means of translation:documentary translation and instrumental translation. It sets the English version of government websites of different districts of Shanghai as the main research object. It analyses the materials on the item of local policies and regulations, economy, life etc. Finally it summarizes the beneficial experience from the combination of the specific translational methods in handling the rendition of the whole structure and the vocabulary and grammar of website materials.
