In this paper, the use of "cultural differences" to study the diplomatic level of Russian gender differences, the desire of this research results can be for the future of the Russian gender talk to provide valuable reference. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter discusses the history and the present situation of the research on gender, and explains the research goal and significance of this paper. Chapter two demonstrates the sex talk discussion of some practical problems, such as psychological gender and the rest of the sex difference, gender difference of speaking said situation, gender differences in research of basic theory and gender culture and gender talk talk. In the third chapter, it summarizes the differences of gender in Russian. Chapeau is the difference between male and female discourse style, master and it contains the topic selection, amount of talk round conversion method and so on; secondly is the difference in male and female language expression methods, such as language construct expression method and cursing and flattering language application and so on. The fourth chapter analyzes the difference between gender and civilization is one of the important reasons for the difference of gender in Russian language.
