First of all, this paper introduces the actual occurrence of valence and growth of international valence theory study differences point brief introduction. Then, some of the basic concepts of semantic valence in brief introduction. According to the thought of valence of the Moscow Semantic School, the verb vocabulary is the basic meaning, semantic valence analysis is often used between Russian tetravalent verb and its syntactic form, semantic valence of syntactic thematic noun semantic category restrict action etc.. We believe that semantics is a kind of attribute, syntax is a kind of relationship; semantic is implicit, syntax is dominant, syntax and semantics exist between the contact. The semantic valence of a predicate (role) not necessarily will now reflect by the syntactic level, but this does not affect the determination of the semantic valence of verbs. The several areas of tetravalent verbs separation by large amount of syntactic form of their description. Through the analysis of Russian tetravalent verbs, external semantic mechanism can remind the Russian tetravalent verbs, and the effect of composition on the verb of the sentence outside the syntactic structure.
