In order to study the application of the collection of the preface in the non target language, it is very important and need to be studied. This thesis attempts to discuss the establishment of a useful Chinese language learning situation for foreign language learners who are not the target language under the interference of teachers. Such as the creation and organization of the online Chinese camp to discuss the topic, the application of QQ chat efficacy of foreign assignments, the application of QQ space effect of writing, the use of QQ to browse the effectiveness of the practice and so on.
