摘  要:语言的学习需要学习者掌握正确的学习措施,在教师或母语者的认真引导下,掌握语言基础知识,并通过长期坚持学习和应用,获得语言技能。普洱学院与泰国清莱皇家大学2+1合作办学条件下,引导运用英语(英语、泰语方向)学生有效地学习泰语,提高了学生泰语的运用能力。Language learning requires the mastery of some basics of a language under the guidance of teachers or native speakers which can never be an overnight process. Language skills can be acquired only through contin- ued learning and practice. This paper is to investigate how to guide foundation degree students inpractical English through effective Thai learning to enhance students' language competence of Thaiunder the 2+1 joint education pro- gram between Puer University and Chiang RaiRajabhat University.
